Terms and conditions

PRICES. All prices quoted are in UK £sterling. We make every effort to keep our prices upto date, but we reserve the right to alter prices without notice.

DELIVERY All orders are shipped at the first oppuntinty and we endeavour to send all orders out within 48 hours. However if this is not possible due to stock levels etc we will contact you to seek further instruction. All Deliveries are made via Royalmail and will require a signature on acceptence of delivery.

RETURNS If in the unlikely event that your order needs to be returned you have upto 28 days from the date of purchase to return the order to us. Circumstances will dictate whether the item will eligible for a refund or exchange, however items fitted cannot be returned unless they are under warranty. All returned items must be packaged to the same standard that they were received.

IMAGES AND PRODUCT INFORMATION All images are owned by Darton Fabrications or we have the permission of the originator. We make every effort to ensure that the images and product information are correct and upto date.

COMPLAINTS We take customer satisfaction very seriously, if you feel our products or customer service does not meet you expectation, please contact us so we can try and resolve the issue and stop it from happening again.
