All of our alloy products are fabricated in house this ensures they all meet our high Standards. We offer a range of products off the shelve but if you don’t see what you require please contact us as we will be willing to discuss with you a bespoke product to suit your needs,
Please remember that although we specialise in 4x4s we can offer our services to any application we have in the past produced fuel tanks for motorbikes, header tanks for kit cars and alloy catch trays to be used on agricultle equipment.

Alloy Header tanks
Our header tanks are made from 2mm alloy sheet, pressed formed lids are tig welded to machine folded bodies to ensure strength and durability. The spouts are machined with swages to ensure that the hoses stay on under pressure and the brackets come pre drilled. The tanks are then pressure tested and finished off on the polisher.

Oil breathers
Up rated oil breathers are must for anyone with a performance engine or just looking to make life easier on a standard engine.
Standard breathers are fine when the engines are new but with age or with more performance they can soon start to fail. Most result in oil being blown back into the inlet system.
Our oil breathers are made using alloy bodies which are internal baffled to separate the oil and air mixture, this ensures that all the oil is retuned to the sump and the air released to atmosphere.
